Restaurant Manager Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a restaurant management role or similar, with proven success in overseeing daily operations.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
3. Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for guests.
4. Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and achieving cost control objectives while maintaining high-quality service and product standards.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints, staffing issues, and operational challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
8. Knowledge of Health & Safety Standards: Familiarity with food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.
9. Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
10. Education: A degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
11. Available to use English and Khmer to communicate.
Day off once a week
National holiday (Khmer New Year and Phum Ben)
