Role and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to the interior design business, focusing on achieving measurable results and aligning with overall business goals.
• Social Media Management:
Strategically manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality, on-brand content. Engage with followers to build a strong online presence and position the company as a leading interior design service provider.
• Content Creation and Campaign Development:
Develop compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s tone and brand identity. Lead the design and execution of campaigns to showcase services and projects.
• Commitment to KPIs and Performance Metrics:
Set clear monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for all marketing activities. Track progress, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Market Research and Insights:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Leverage insights to refine marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
• Partnership Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, media agencies, and industry influencers, to expand the company’s reach and amplify marketing efforts.
• Promotional Material Development:
Lead the creation of impactful marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets to effectively communicate the company's value and services to potential clients.
• Project and Budget Management:
Oversee marketing projects and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor the success of marketing initiatives, preparing detailed monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI. Share insights with senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Industry Awareness and Innovation:
Stay informed about trends, innovations, and tools in marketing and the interior design industry. Proactively suggest and implement creative solutions to improve marketing impact.
• Collaboration with External Partners:
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals. Leverage partnerships to enhance brand exposure and customer engagement.
• Leadership and Accountability:
Take full ownership of marketing strategies and their implementation, ensuring campaigns deliver results. Demonstrate a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, meeting deadlines, and driving the company’s growth in the interior design market.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Knowledge of CRM software.
