Main Responsibilities  Studying company products and creating the marketing content  Arrangement for Dealer & Wholesaler as their requirement to company management.  Build the good relationship with partnership, dealer & wholesale.  Prepare marketing Plan to Sale team for sales target.  Received customer complaint and solve the problems.  Set up new strategies to improve Marketing & Sales plan for company’s goal  Analyse to the strength and weakness points for both company and our customers.  Lead and drive annual strategic marketing plans and promotion campaigns  Raise brand visibility and maximize sales opportunities  Material development, advertising, media, promotion, event management etc….  Coordinate with external suppliers, regional team and internal cross-functional team  Building the company brand to spread out company’s goal, mission and core value  Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Telegram……  To ensure smoothly implemented of marketing plan and schedule for business  Develop forecast plans and manage category inventory to maximize sales  Lead and manage digital loyalty program and Develop marketing materials to drive  Track business performance and evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities  Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships  Coach Operations Team on best practices and provide guidelines on category  Other Tasks Assigned By CEO/Chairlady Job Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Sale or marketing, Management...  Experience working in healthy product or cosmetics are priority in this position  At least 5year work experiences in leading marketing team  Successful with at least 3 to 5 events lead in marketing  Good at problem solving skills and troubleshoot  Dynamic, motivated, and well organized  Flexible and be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Working Days and Hours
 Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM  Lunch Time: 12:00AM to 1: 00 PM
Salary and Benefits
 Salary 1000$ - 2000$ Per Month  Annual Salary Increment  Annual Trip  Internal and External Training  Annual leave (18days)  Special leave (5days)  Insurance or NSSF  And Other Benefits base on Company Policy
