Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Marketing Supervisor leads the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to
enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This
role involves supervising a team, coordinating with sales and creative departments, and
ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Explore and create contents including writing script and work with media team to
produce digital media contents and other marketing materials.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members
• Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports to marketing manager.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in Electronic Products field is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Skills video editor and some graphic design
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Phnom Penh Boeng Prolit, Prampir Meakkakra, Phnom Penh
