* Job Responsibilities 1. Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and construction drawings. 2. Draw, Review and check MEP construction drawing, Shop Drawing, and as-built drawing for Villa /flat houses/building. 3. Develop MEP drawing and detailed design specifications. 4. Produce MEP design drawing using AutoCAD or other similar software. 5. Create drawing specifications for MEP as complied with international code practice. 6. Review MEP design drawings done by colleagues. 7. Study and do BOQ list 8. Assist in reviewing construction method statement done by contractor if necessary. 9. Assist in site problem solving and conduct site inspection as required by Project Manager. 10. Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor/manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related field. 2. Proven track record with 3 years’ experience in Building Construction Field. 3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Be confident, assertive and independent. 5. Good at communication and negotiation skill. 6. Diagrammatic skills and the ability to teamwork 7. Relationship building and people management skill. 8. Computer skills: Microsoft, AutoCAD, Dialux, Ecodial, Pipe flow, etc. 9. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 10. High levels of creativity and imagination. 11. A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion. 12. Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure.
