Major Accountabilities - To manage and control the inventory of production materials including packaging materials, chemical materials, . POSM materials, and other raw materials required for brewing processes. - To coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments and suppliers to make a call­off plan for production materials requirements, ensuring alignment with production planning. - To check and verify actual materials received against packing list (PL), Bills of Lading (BL), and Purchase Orders (PO) for accuracy and completeness. - To inspect incoming materials shipment for any damages, discrepancies, or defects, and report to the line supervisor or line manager in order to coordinate with the relevant department for resolution. - To put away inventory in designated storage locations according to the warehouse layout and warehouse management system. - To update inventory in the SAP system immediately after quantity or quality checks are confirmed, maintaining records for traceability of materials, including expiration dates. - To effectively monitor the flow of raw materials by implementing First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods, ensuring proper labeling including product labels for good materials, and on­ hold labels for defective materials. - To manage materials requests and transfers, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP). - To manage to keep a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations and reporting any safety hazards or incidents immediately. - To manage the waste and scrap materials in the brewery, ensure proper disposal and recycling practices are followed. - To conduct regular and monthly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of product inventories against system records.
