Beauty Assistant
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
– Customer Services and Sales
• Assist customer needs and promote products to all customers
• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences
• Responding to customer questions and complaints
• Assist Beauty advisor/Supervisor to design and maintain the attractive displays and managing inventory
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as counting stock
• Assist to take part and standby in store events
• Receive customer phone call and chat with professional respondent of customer curiosities
• Maintain and build good relationship with all customers and related stakeholder
• Improve customer services by respecting customers at all time and on time feedback with high satisfaction level and customer retention through hearty service
• Coordinate with the internal teams to proceed smoothly the whole process
– Marketing
• Support Marketing & Media in the order to promote new arrival products or periodic promotion.
– Report Management
• Make daily report
• Make monthly report
• Update customer feedback
• Perform other jobs assigned by the Beauty advisor, supervisor, and manager
– Other tasks
• Perform other jobs assigned by Beauty Advisor/Supervisor/Manager/ General Manager
