*Job Description
Website Maintenance: Regularly monitor, update, and maintain the company website to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Code Management: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable PHP code, and manage version control using Git or other systems.
Security Enhancements: Implement security best practices and conduct regular security audits to protect the website from vulnerabilities.
Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, including load times, and implement caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Content Management System (CMS) Maintenance: Manage and optimize CMS components (if applicable) and assist content creators with updates and changes.
SEO Best Practices: Work with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and monitor website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
User Training: Provide training or documentation for team members regarding CMS usage and website features.
*Job Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
-Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web projects.
-Solid understanding of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
-Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
-Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
