Job Type: Full-Time- 5 days a week - ( Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday )
Location: Phnom Penh (On-site)
Salary: $350–$450 per month (based on experience)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor & Social Media Assistant to join our team full-time. This person will primarily focus on editing our podcast videos, preparing content for online platforms, and supporting general tasks related to the podcast production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook (cutting, color correction, sound cleanup, graphics, etc.) You will be working along side team members.
-Create short-form clips and highlights for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
-Manage social media and schedule content posting, co-operating with social media manager.
-Assist very lightly with recording setup, camera operation, and basic audio/video troubleshooting during podcast shoots.
-Help schedule and publish content across all platforms.
Requirements:
-Your own laptop for editing.
-Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
-Experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
-Basic understanding of audio cleanup and mixing
-Familiarity with social media trends, short-form content, and platform formats
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
-Willingness to learn and help out with various tasks related to the podcast
-Must be able to work full-time on-site at our office in Phnom Penh.
