Production Team Leader/Foreman - Agricultural Technical Specialist

Workplace address: Snuol District, Kratie Province, Cambodia. I. Job Description: 1. Production Team Leader/Foreman: Supervise and guide workers in performing tasks in the garden (garden care, bunch care; watering, fertilization…) as assigned by the farm director. Report data as requested by the farm director (bud cutting, bunch bagging…). Manage supplies and tools provided during the work process. Perform other tasks as assigned by the farm director. 2. Agricultural Technical Specialist: Supervise crop cultivation techniques. Ensure that teams carry out cultivation on the farm according to the established standards and technical processes. Control fertilization and pest management. Supervise post-harvest preservation techniques. Ensure that teams carry out harvesting, packaging, and storing of fruits according to the prescribed standards and processes. II. Requirements: Age: between 18 to 40 years old. Minimum education: High school or related fields. Diligent, industrious, and hard-working. Preference given to candidates who speak Vietnamese. III.
