Project Manager – Signage Project

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the installation of large-scale facade logos on high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on facade installations or similar large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project execution for facade logo installations on high-rise buildings. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety plans. Oversee site preparation, installation logistics, and technical challenges associated with high-rise building work. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management for high-rise building projects. Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices for working at height. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
