REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with relevant fields 3years
- Self-discipline and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and tight deadlines
- Quick learner
- English is often used, and Vietnamese is a priority
- Be diligent, independent, and hard-working
JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post-tension Structure (Phnom Penh)
- Euro formwork & Quick lock Scaffolding
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and quality control measures
- Estimating project costs, tracking expenditures, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving measures.
