The Property Maintenance Coordinator: • Schedule and conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs • Liaise with landlords and tenants to coordinate maintenance activities • Obtain quotes from contractors for repair and maintenance work • Oversee and track the progress of maintenance and repair projects • Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including costs and timelines • Identify and document any defects or damages found during property inspections • Follow up with landlords and contractors to ensure timely rectification of defects • Maintain a log of all reported defects and their resolution status • Other tasks assigned by management.
