Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, rent, utilities, management fee sinking fund and other pending bill collection, lease and handover enforcement - Maintenance accurate and organized properly records, tenant databases - Manage properly budgets, monitor expenses and implement cost saving measures - Collaborate with vendor, supplier or Contractors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing - Enforce properly policies and regulations, addressing violations and conflicts as they arise - Conduct daily, weekly routine inspections to assess condition and identify necessary repairs or improvement such as cleaning, landscape , service and maintenance - Foster positive tenant or resident relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly - Stay updated with local housing regulations, market trends and property management best practices - Other tasks will be assigned by direct superiors/Head of Operations.
