1. Active participation to establish annual strategy, budget, design and implementing business
plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
2. Maintain good relationship and service with existing and new project owner, developer,
contractor, specifier, consultant, architecture etc. and attend customer complaint and
frequently visit with subordinate to the project site;
3. Achieve growth and hit project sales targets by successfully managing the team and sets
pricing-labor work fee;
4. Manage and control the projects expense within average budget
5. Ensure labor work force and materials apply are compliance to specification and drawings
requirement to the project
6. Carry out QA/QC and safety monitoring, recording and documentation
7. Coordinate work with the project sales team to align with the project’s agreement
8. Maintain the existing customers' satisfaction
9. Approach new customer by providing/showing the good reputation to increase demand
10. Ensure a proper handover procedure and handover effectively
11. Reporting to management level in timely manner
12. Other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in management, civil Engineering or other equivalent
● At least 5 years of experiences in civil engineering
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Good communicate skills in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, flexible, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Presentation skills, customer relationships
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable.
● Can do attitude with team work spirit
