Job Description
• Greet customer with providing a positive and friendly attitude
• Answer and provide information about the company product and service to customer
• Answer telephone using appropriate etiquette
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Control and check all room are well prepared and cleaned
• Issue the bill to customers
• Prepare daily report to leader
• Another task assigned by superior
• Handle cashier
Job Requirement
• Female & Male
• Bachelor or under graduate degree
• 1-2 years’ experience in receptionist or similar role
• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel and QuickBooks
• Understanding English communication
• Good communication skill
• Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new thing
• Teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical, hardworking, ability to work fast and accurately under pressure
