Working Description:
- Can communicate with Chinese guests
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints and escalate to the manager
- Follow up feedback from guest (guest reviews)
- Adapt to hotel policies and working hours
- Good attitude and honesty
- Have computer knowledge
- 4 days off per month
- Meal allowance 50$
- Have Public holidays and Annual Leave follow government
- 13th Salary
- Other various incentives
