Job Description
• Lead and manage the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Monitor food quality and consistency, and work closely with the kitchen team to uphold high culinary standards
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and achieve financial targets
• Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability
• Uphold and promote the restaurant's brand, mission, and values
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
