Financial Focus Analyze sales data and follow instructions to meet targets. 2. Service Focus Provide excellent customer service, greet with a smile, and address inquiries and promotions. 3. Employee Focus Follow company policies, maintain hygiene, and adhere to health and safety procedures. 4. Quality Operations Focus Ensure smooth shop operations, maintain cleanliness, assist with stock management, and support stock checks. β¨ Key Responsibilities for Stock Controller: 1. Financial Focus Manage and monitor stock levels, shipments, and shrinkage. Maintain inventory records and prepare for stock takes. 2. Service Focus Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service. Respond to inquiries and ensure staff maintain a positive service attitude. 3. Employee Focus Follow company rules, uniforms, and safety standards. Support staff training and lead monthly meetings. 4. Quality Operations Focus Ensure smooth daily operations and shop cleanliness. Handle stock transfers, returns, and display updates. Communicate between team and management, and support all assigned tasks. β Job Qualification β’ High school diploma or equivalent preferred β’ Retail or customer service experience is a plus β’ Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office β’ Good English; Chinese language skills are a plus β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β’ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment πΌ What We Offer: . Basic Salary . Other allowance and Benefit π Working Hours: . Morning Shift: 6:30AM to 2:30PM .
