Review daily business on site, sales ledger, clarify the entry and verification of sales system, improve sales data, improve sales daily report and project sales ledger; 2. Inventory and accounts receivable management: supervise inventory changes to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the actual situation; track the recovery of accounts receivable, reduce bad debt losses, and improve capital turnover; supervise the warehouse to conduct regular inventory and issue inventory reports every month; 3. Regularly check the current accounts and clear the accounts with customers to ensure the accuracy of sales transactions; 4. High sense of responsibility: ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and deal with financial problems in a timely manner; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: 1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors, those with accounting professional qualifications such as accounting qualification certificates are preferred. 2. Work experience: preferably more than 3 years of experience in overall accounting processing, those with work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry or international trading companies are preferred. 3. Professional skills: proficient in accounting standards, tax laws and financial management knowledge, proficient in financial software UFIDA, QB, and OFFICE and other office software operations. 4. Language ability: fluent in Chinese or English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 5. Professional quality: have good professional ethics, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and stress resistance, pay attention to details, and have strong execution.
