+Key Arears of Responsibility:
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including defining the overall sales strategy, setting sales targets, and outlining the action plans to achieve them.
• Create new project proposals for the project's grand opening.
• Overseeing the sales process, managing leads, qualifying prospects, developing proposals, and closing deals.
• Leading and motivating the sales team includes recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitoring sales team performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Competitor research, staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing strong relationships with key
customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Coordination with design and marketing department to prepare mockup house.
• Customer support addresses customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Other duties as assigned by CEO.
+Qualifications and requirements:
• At least 3-5 year’s experience in leading Sales Team (Real Estate / Borey).
• Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or the equivalent combination of Education.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge in using computer includes Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Ability to prioritize work and be able to work under pressure.
