Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the review and approval of sales documents to maintain accuracy and compliance. - Conduct site visits to assess merchant locations, operations, and adherence to agreedupon terms. - Work closely with catalogue teams to streamline the merchant onboarding process and ensure timely merchant App Go-live. - Provide timely and effective support to customers and merchants regarding account inquiries, promotions, and general issues. - Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for resolution. - Assist with various administrative duties, including document processing and payment preparation. - Serve as a bridge between sales teams and internal departments, fostering collaboration and efficient issue resolution. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field; - A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Support or similar role; - Good written and verbal communication skills in English; - Ability to use MS Words, Excel, and other platforms; - Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively
