Nawaplastic (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is an experienced and the leading with the best quality PVC pipe manufacturing company in Cambodia. We now provide piping and fitting products under the name “SCG Pipe”, Our goal is to expand the market in the agriculture sector and focuses on finding new opportunities, channels, projects, dealers, and farms that require efficient water systems for crops such as Durian, Banana, Pepper, Cashew Nut, and others. So, we are now looking for the qualify candidates for the following positions:
I. Sales Agriculture Executive 3 Positions (Urgent)
o Job Responsibilities
- Follow SCG Safety Framework policy
- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow our presence in the agricultural market.
- Identify and approach new farms, projects and channels (Dealers, Retails) that require irrigation & water system solutions.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, influencers and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customers’ needs and emerging trends in agricultural irrigation.
- Provide technical advice on PVC pipe usage for farm irrigation and other applications.
- To achieving sales targets and reporting on performance metrics.
- Others upon assignments.
o Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in agricultural sales or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, irrigation systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of farming practices and irrigation systems.
- Experience in dealing with durian, banana, pepper, and cashew nut farms is a plus.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and visit agricultural sites.
- Good in English language speaking, writing, and listening skills are mandatory required.
