Job Overview: The Sales Executive at MC Services is responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships,
and selling the company’s integrated facility management services. This role involves generating leads, presenting service
solutions, and closing sales while maintaining a deep understanding of client needs. Sales Representatives work to meet
revenue targets by promoting services such as janitorial, MEP, pest control, gardening, security, and other facility
management offerings. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
− Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis in targeted industries (e.g.,
commercial real estate, retail, healthcare).
− Generate leads by reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person
meetings.
− Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to meet sales targets.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
− Present MC Services' offerings to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of the company’s facility
management services.
− Develop a deep understanding of all services provided (janitorial, security, pest control, MEP, etc.) and be able
to address client questions and concerns.
− Tailor presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
3. Client Relationship Management:
− Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer customized
solutions.
− Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
− Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
− Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve win-win solutions.
− Close sales deals by effectively addressing client concerns and demonstrating the value of MC Services’
offerings.
− Collaborate with the Sales Manager to finalize proposals and contracts.
5. Market and Competitor Research:
− Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential
opportunities or challenges.
− Analyze competitor pricing, services, and marketing strategies to position MC Services effectively.
− Use market insights to refine sales approaches and improve closing rates.
6. Sales Targets and Reporting:
− Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for revenue and client acquisition.
− Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, closed deals, and pipeline status using CRM
tools.
− Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on client needs, challenges, and opportunities for new services or
improvements.
7. Proposal Development:
− Prepare detailed and tailored proposals for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
− Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine and improve proposal content, pricing, and service offerings.
− Ensure proposals clearly communicate MC Services’ value proposition and unique service benefits.
8. Follow-Up and Client Retention:
− Follow up with clients after service implementation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
− Encourage repeat business and referrals by delivering exceptional post-sale support.
− Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
9. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
− Coordinate with the Operations Department to understand service capabilities and ensure that sales commitments
align with operational capacity.
− Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with the company’s
financial objectives.
− Work with the Marketing team to develop materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales initiatives.
10. Customer Feedback and Improvement:
− Gather feedback from clients on services and provide insights to the company for continuous improvement.
− Identify client needs that are not being met and recommend new services or service adjustments to meet demand.

Qualifications:
− Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
− Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in facility management or a related service industry.
− Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and close deals.
− Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
− Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
− Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
