We are a manufacturer of modular lighting for businesses, actively expanding and entering the Cambodian market. We've been operating across Russia for four years, and our lighting systems have been installed in various cities. Our modular lighting is compact, energy-efficient, safe, and flicker-free. We are expanding and looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Phnom Penh. You will work closely with our Sales Executives, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to our expansion in the Cambodian market. Responsibilities and Tasks🔽 1️⃣ Lead Generation and Support:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads using online and offline tools. - Research potential clients and markets to help target the right audience. 2️⃣ Client Communication:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients in Khmer language and one additional language (English, Thai, Vietnamese, or Chinese) - Provide product information, answer queries - Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients. 3️⃣ Administrative and Process Optimization:
- Update CRM systems with client information and track sales progress. - Support the team in preparing reports and presentations. - Help optimize sales processes to increase efficiency. What We Expect from You🔽 Location: Based in Phnom Penh (mandatory). Languages: Intermediate or higher level of English and fluency in one of the following languages: Thai, Vietnamese, or Chinese. Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but NOT mandatory. Soft Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with clients; passion for learning and the ability to apply new knowledge quickly. What We Offer 🔽
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (full-time) or 4 hours (part time) negotiable with the candidate Competitive Pay: Stable payments twice a month, starting with 30% prepayment and with growth potential based on performance.
