Sales Manager (Spare Part and Lubricant)

I. Role and Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals. 2. Identify and qualify new business leads, generating sales opportunities from new accounts. 3. Manage existing client relationships, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Develop and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of SV Trucking's services. 5. Oversee marketing activities, including brand development, promotional campaigns, and online presence management. 6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop competitive advantages. 7. Set and monitor sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. 8. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement. 9. Perform other tasks as assigned by his/her manager. Qualifications and preferred skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics industry. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (a plus). - Fluency in Khmer and English (essential). - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
