Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property sales, rentals, and development projects
- Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities
- Provide clients with expert advice on the local real estate market
- Prepare and present property listings
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
