Salary Rank: Negotiate Working Location: Target Province Working Day: Mon-Fri & Half Day on Saturday. . Key Responsibilities -Lead sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets in target province and areas. -Develop and implement sales plans, set sales targets, devise route-to-market plans, and closely monitor sales performance. -Prepare market strategies to drive sales volume and consistently meet monthly sale targets. -Develop strategies to ensure that the product is available in all distribution channels. -Track and analyze field performance of sales teams in the market. -Maintain existing customers and find new customers to expand the market. -Provide coaching and training to sales teams to maximize their effectiveness. -Develop and implement branding activities to increase brand awareness, brand visibility. -Other tasks as assigned by Management . Job Requirement -Male / Female -Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing / Sales or any related field study -At least 4 years experiences in supervision of Marketing / Sales (Retails & Whole sales in FMCG industry) -Able to communicate both verbal and writing in English and Chinese is a plus (Optional) -Good knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet & Email -Strong commitment, desire to learn new things -Have experiences with the furniture industry is a plus -Be honest, confident, fast moving, well discipline, reliable, friendly personality. -Positive attitude and hard working. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Good team management. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented. -Positive attitude to work in direction independently and work under pressure. .
