Academic Excellence: - Oversee the implementation of SCHOOL's trilingual curriculum, ensuring alignment with national and international standards and fostering intercultural understanding. - Supervise the Vice Principals, ensuring a seamless, cohesive learning experience across both the National and International Programs. - Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders to improve instructional practices, promote a data-driven approach to student achievement, and support professional development initiatives. - Monitor student progress, implement proactive academic interventions, and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Operations and Management: - Manage the campus budget and financial resources responsibly, ensuring accountability, fiscal sustainability, and alignment with SCHOOL's strategic priorities. - Oversee day-to-day operations, including facility management, student services, administrative functions, and health and safety protocols. - Ensure adherence to SCHOOL policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Community Engagement: - Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and local partners, promoting a sense of shared responsibility for student success. - Actively engage with stakeholders, foster open communication, address concerns, and represent SCHOOL's commitment to trilingual education and community partnership. - Support the Business Development Coordinator's outreach efforts and promote SCHOOL's unique offerings.
Professional Development: - Prioritize professional growth for all staff by providing diverse professional development opportunities focused on trilingual pedagogy, best practices in education, and leadership skills. - Stay updated on current trends in education, trilingual learning models, and innovative approaches.
General Support: - Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to achieve SCHOOL's strategic goals. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Education, or President. - Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of SCHOOL.
