• Arrange meeting schedule for CEO with all related people such as: employees, HODs, management team, suppliers and clients by using google calendar or others.
• Arrange appointment and set calendar.
• Arrange venue if necessary.
• Arrange the meeting room.
• Prepare agenda, reports, and paper for CEO.
• Take minute meeting when needed.
• Follow up the tasks assigned from HODs, suppliers, clients and customers.
• Spot check construction projects one a month or when needed.
• Arrange any relate small party for CEO.
• Arrange or book the air ticket, hotel and restaurant for CEO when needed.
• Check document before seeking approval from CEO if require.
• Track the related party of any document when need.
• Manage and facilitate the hygiene and maintenance in CEO’s office.
• Be able to site visit and follow up work with management team.
• Be able to survey the competitors’ strength and weakness.
• Others task assigned by CEO.
