Senior Accountant

Job Discerption/Requirement:
Position: Senior Accountant
Job Responsibility
-Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and related accounting reports like P & L, budgets, cash flow, -Worked on accounts receivable, accounts payable, -Verifying the payroll like advances, loan & Processing monthly payroll. -Preparing, Computation & submission of the VAT, Withholding Tax, NSSF & Salary Tax. -Fixed assets marking & Financial value update record keeping -Auditing on monthly basis check with all department (cash, bank, Revenue, Stock & Settlement) -Monitoring & review accounting & related system reports for accuracy and completeness -Dealing with Auditors for statutory audit and Internal Audit. -Make MIS report on daily basis &Month end reporting to top management. -Book keeping, cash book, ledger keeping, Bank ledger, Final accounts-trial balance, Profit & loss account, Balance Sheet with adjustment entries. -Responsible for Bank Reconciliation & other baking transitions. -Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel& PowerPoint. -Preparing Invoice, Petty Cash, Payment voucher & other task assigned by Management.
Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. -3+ years of accounting experience. -Strong financial analysis skills. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. -Good English speaking
