Key Responsibilities
• Data Accuracy and Verification:
- Review and verify team data entries in the system weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy.
• Accounts Management:
- Check and update outstanding balances for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Review and clear outstanding items in the chart of accounts.
• Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and finalize the statement of cash flow on time and submit it to management.
- Update and close profit and loss (P&L) reports for each project.
- Monitor stock movement and finalize stock reports at the end of each month.
• Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and submit monthly tax documents, including payroll, sales, purchase, stock, and cash flow reports, to management by the 15th.
- Ensure timely declaration and filing of monthly taxes.
• Adjustments and Reconciliation:
- Review and adjust stock balances, income, expenses, and depreciation entries as needed.
• Monthly and Yearly Closures:
- Close and finalize P&L, balance sheets, and general ledger (GL) reports by the 20th of each month.
- Prepare and close yearly financial reports and ensure timely submission of annual tax declarations.
Key Attributes and Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Solid knowledge of stock movement and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while working under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
