Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts and drive the company’s profitability and growth. This role is pivotal in shaping BIY Wholesale’s market presence, ensuring revenue growth, and managing the company’s P&L. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including retail chains, online platforms, pharmacies, and mart stores.
Oversee the Angel360 campaign, ensuring agent recruitment, sales performance, and commission management are optimized.
Marketing Leadership:
Lead marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and customer engagement, including digital campaigns, events, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials tailored to B2B clients.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Profit and Loss Management:
Take ownership of the company’s P&L, ensuring effective cost control and maximizing profitability.
Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts to align with business objectives.
Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Provide training and mentorship to sales and marketing teams to enhance productivity and performance.
Business Expansion:
Explore and secure new distribution channels and partnership opportunities.
Drive BIY Wholesale’s expansion into untapped markets and customer segments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in wholesale or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing platforms.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Khmer or Korean is a plus.
