Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support

- Lead and execute SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop comprehensive online marketing strategies
- Offer valuable insights, suggestions, and recommendations to clients to drive marketing success
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and coordinate creative assets, including ad visuals, videos, and graphics, that align with branding and marketing goals
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists to produce compelling and visually appealing marketing materials
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to provide innovative and effective creative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
