This role involves working closely with senior department managers and all associates in front of house especially to ensure alignment with Vattanac Golf Resort and Troon’s objectives. This role has to collaborates across multiple departments to ensure associates are proficient in both their specific roles and the overall needs of the company. S/he typically has backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development, and education.
