1. Plan and complete work on time. 2. Manage the Designer team. 3. Design the company's product posters to meet standards and branding. 4. Design posters according to schedule and requirements. 5. Follow and update design work with related departments. 6. Prepare monthly reports and daily plans. 7. Have a highly creative mind, research new knowledge, new concepts on Social Media and the company's media to attract customers. 8. Prepare Set KPI & JD for the Design team. 9. Support the marketing department and related departments when there are Events, Roadshows, etc. 10. Study the advantages and techniques of the company's products well. 11. Participate in preparing photos and videos related to all company promotions. 12. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and the CEO Qualifications: Education: Currently studying Information Technology, Bachelor's degree in Design/Video Editing or related field • Knowledge: Have taken short courses related to Design and Art • Computer: Graphics: Computer skills (Power Point, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe CorelDraw, Sketch up and Auto CAD) and preferred. • Computer: Video: Computer skills (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve) and preferred. • Foreign Language: English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing • Experience: At least 2-3 years experiences in Graphic Design or Video Editor • Ability to communicate effectively with other related departments, senior management and other departments. • Personality: Serious, patient, honest and hardworking, good communication, quick-witted, intelligent and healthy, responsible and punctual, proactive in work (knowing how to follow up & feedback). • Strong in verbal and written communication. • Other knowledge: Passionate about sound and understanding of technology systems.
