• Work closely with HR & Admin Manager to ensure that all rule and regulation are reviewed and implemented • Perform general administrative duties, prepare all related document as required. • Oversee the recruitment process for new staff, including advertising, assisting with the interviewing, and hiring process • Handle any grievances or disputes that arise, ensuring they are resolved in a fair and timely manner. • Oversee yearly benefits such as bonuses and salary increments for local field staffs. Ensure that performance assessments are fair and consistent, and align with the overall goals and strategies of the company • Managing relationships between staff and administration • Ensuring that all employees are organized in their work environment and attendance • Assist in preparing employment contract using existing company templates • Update staff movement (New employee, internal movement, staff resign information) • Update monthly payroll coding sheet and send to Phnom Penh Finance team • Monitor and update leave record of each staff member. • Monitor and update staff personnel details. • Assist in preparing documentation for work permits, visa, and all other labor require documents from time to time with Phnom Penh head office team. • Ensure that all labor required documents are in place and ready for the labor inspector. • To prepare the overtime and monthly report related to head count, turnover. • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Line managers.
