RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support all IT issues (Hardware, Software)
- IT Security
- Data Security
- Install, maintain, and administer IT operations and application systems
- Manage and troubleshoot WAN and LAN maintenance, virus protection.
- Troubleshooting with desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners
- Willing to work as a team and improvement
- Provide help desk support and solve problems regarding hardware, software, network device including virus cleaning.
- Maintenance, setup and configure camera security system and network.
- Maintain all computers and electronic devices.
- Install and configure the computer hardware, software and operating systems.
- Test and evaluate the technological devices.
- Provide the recommendations about accessing information and purchasing of technology resources.
- Adapt with workplace environment and quickly learn the new technologies.
- Other technical tasks will be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree in computer science.
- At least 3 years’ experience working as help desk support.
- Experience in WAN, LAN and Domain System controller.
- Good Communication, problem solving and analytic skill.
- Honest and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to retain confidential information.
- English is reasonable and understandable
- used to working with IT Company, would be prioritized
