• Write clean and well-designed code to facilitate applications delivering
• Assist with code reviews
• Create detailed application needs and requirements specifications
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Mentor, coordinate, and coach other engineers and figure out how to make us better, faster, and stronger
• Designing, creating, and maintaining new features for NHAM24 products
• Improving existing features
• Testing customer workflows throughout the product
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software
• Demonstrated experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
• Specific experience with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, and Livewire)
• Understanding of and ability to execute an advanced product-design vision with an efficient engineering approach
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
