Department: Service Dept. => Reports to: General Manager Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all after-sales service operations, including installation, maintenance, repair, and warranty handling for kitchen appliances. - Lead and manage a team of service technicians and customer service staff. - Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers, with a focus on satisfaction and retention. - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly. - Monitor service KPIs and generate performance reports (e.g., response time, repair rate, customer feedback). - Manage service inventory, spare parts, and tools to ensure availability and cost control. - Coordinate with the sales team to support customer expectations and resolve issues. - Develop and implement service protocols, training, and safety guidelines for the team. - Liaise with manufacturers or distributors for technical support and warranty claims. - Promote a service-first culture and continuously improve service processes. #Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a service management or supervisory role, preferably in the home appliance or electronics industry. - Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written). - Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software (preferred). https://t.me/MRHENKONG
