Job Description:
1- Sell and promote parts for heavy machinery and trucks.
2- Provide technical advice and ensure accurate parts recommendations.
3- Manage customer orders and maintain detailed sales records.
4- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
5- Meet sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
1- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy machinery, truck, or automotive industry.
2- Strong technical knowledge of parts for heavy machinery and trucks is highly desirable.
3- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a must.
4- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5- Ability to understand and explain technical parts information.
6- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
