Site Enigineer (Bavet -> Svay Rieng/ Can speak Vietnamese)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Position: Site Engineer (Can Speak Vietnamese) Location: Bavet-Svay Rieng Province Working Time: Full-time
Working Conditions and Benefits: - Monday-Saturday (07:00 to 11:00 and 13:00 to 17:00) - 13th Salary & NSSF member - Holiday follows Cambodia Labor Law - Salary negotiable + overtime pay - Homestay has been provided
JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices - Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams - Attention to detail and quality control measures --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Planning and Design: Analyzing project requirements, developing construction plans, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring designs adhere to building codes and regulations. Site Supervision: Overseeing construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Budget Management: Estimating project costs, tracking expenditures, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving measures. Scheduling and Coordination: Developing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, managing work sequences, and ensuring project milestones are met. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures, inspect materials and workmanship, and address quality concerns. Technical Support: Providing technical expertise on construction methods, materials selection, and resolving engineering challenges. Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders including architects, clients, contractors, and other engineers. Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Engineering environment - Experience with relevant fields - Self-discipline and positive attitude - Ability to multitask and tight deadlines - Pro-active learner - English is often used, and Vietnamese is a priority - Be diligent, independent, and hard-working - Being able to work overtime at night.
