Anti Social Hours Co. LTD is a fast-moving, creative company operating multiple brands in Phnom Penh across hospitality, lifestyle, and international projects. Our ventures include Garage Sale, TicTic, Yard Sale, Donuts & Disco, Taiwanese XXL Chicken, Brit-ish, and HyperRapid Digital—a global marketing agency working with music, events, and fashion industries.
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to work closely with our Social Media Manager, helping to create, schedule, and engage with content across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience in managing social media accounts, developing creative content, and understanding how brands connect with audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing: • Assisting in content creation, including photography and short-form video for our brands. • Capturing engaging behind-the-scenes content, using dynamic camera work and storytelling techniques to showcase our events, venues, and products. • Supporting community engagement, responding to messages, comments, and interactions across platforms. • Helping with social media scheduling and planning, ensuring consistent and strategic posting across all brands. • Editing and enhancing photos and videos to ensure high-quality, scroll-stopping content. • Researching global trends and creative content strategies to keep our brand at the forefront. • Working with the Social Media Manager to track performance and learn what works (and what doesn’t). • Creating video content tailored to different platforms, understanding the unique styles and formats that work best across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
What We’re Looking For: • A mature, organised, and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in social media marketing. • A good photographer with an eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. • Someone with a creative approach to video content capture, knowing how to make videos engaging, dynamic, and on-brand. • Strong knowledge of short-form video trends, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media formats. • Basic knowledge of video and photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva. • A natural storyteller with strong written communication skills (Fluency in English & Khmer required). • A trendspotter—understanding what works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X. • Someone who loves learning and takes initiative—we don’t expect you to know everything, but we want someone eager to grow. • A team player who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-moving creative environment.
