Role and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Office Manager and in close coordination with colleagues in operational department, Accountant/Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following duties: DUTIES • Accountant & Administrative Duties: o Be aware of financial procedures o Issue payments in bank to transfer to supplier o Manage petty cash o Enter all financial transactions into accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics) o Process bank reconciliation, check daily, monthly, and yearly expenditures. o Assist I producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial report. o Organize payroll and tax payments each month. o Ensure all accounting reports and documents are classified appropriately. o Prepare and organize documents relating to administrative and HR issues such as staff promotion, salary, and staff contracts. o Ensure that office materials and office stationery are properly managed. o Oversee and update a fixed-asset inventory once per year. o Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order. o Support in all recruitment activities including advertising, interviewing, correspondence, and appropriate filing. o Liaise with tax agent to declare monthly tax before deadline, process NSSF monthly payment. o Handles all formalities related to visa extension, work permit, staffs movement declaration with Ministry of Labor. o May perform other job-related duties as assigned.
