What Youβll Do:
π΄ Create a menu that pairs with our wine and cocktails.
π΄ Ensure dishes are visually stunning and delicious.
π΄ Manage kitchen operations and control costs.
π΄ Work with suppliers for top-quality ingredients.
π΄ Support eco-friendly practices.
What We Want:
β¨ Experience in a lead chef role, especially with small plates and pizza.
β¨ Creative, with strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing stock, budgets, and cost control.
β¨ Ability to work collaboratively with management to create dishes that reflect the venue's ambiance and customer preferences.
