- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process. - Provide information on spa services, treatments, and products. - Assist guests with bookings, appointments, and schedule changes. - Manage the spa appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling of treatments. - Handle walk-in clients and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly. - Maintain and update guest records in the system. - Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions accurately. - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. - Stay informed about spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products offered. - Upsell spa packages, memberships, or products to guests when appropriate. - Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. - Adhere to hotel and spa policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene. - Work closely with therapists, spa attendants, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. - Relay special requests or guest concerns to the appropriate team members.
