153 Pizza is a premium pizza brand that uses 48-hour cold-aged dough to create masterpiece-level pizzas. We're not just about foodβwe're about creating a culture where people gather and share. We're looking for a passionate and capable store manager to join our team.
π Position
Store Manager
π Responsibilities
Oversee overall store operations (inventory, hygiene, sales, equipment)
Manage staff schedules and build team culture
Handle customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate and report to the head office
Collaborate on sales analysis and promotional activities
Train new staff and maintain service quality

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or store management
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must speak either English or Korean
βοΈ Preferred
Experience in pizza, pasta, or Italian cuisine
Familiar with social media (especially Instagram)
Energetic and positive personality

153 Pizza Main Branch, Phnom Penh
β° Working Hours & Salary
Working Hours: 10:00 AM β 10:00 PM
Meal breaks and rest time are guaranteed
6 days a week / 1 day off
Salary: Negotiable based on interview
