Position: Retail store supervisor SIC: The Olympia mall (Pandora/Bering)& Exchange Square (Pandora) Report to: Brand Manager Core responsibilities: - Responsible for overall store performance (Sales and Management). - Supports in delivering the store sales targets set by company. - Arranging proper coverage and staff schedule to ensure the store maintains high levels of customer service. - Oversees the store’s after sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures through proper communication with internal stakeholders. - Ensures customer satisfaction, complaints are resolved and customer service provided is of exceptional standard; identifies current and future customer requirements. - Ensures that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that products are displayed in accordance with brand policy. - Ensures promotions and pricing are accurate and in tune with company standards and policies. - Generates and analyzes sales reports and provides insights to maximize stock potential; reports on the performance of new and core collections. - Executes store operations including cash handling, inventory taking and record keeping in line with company’s standard operating procedures. - Maintains proper loss prevention standards and ensures compliance with cash handling, fraud and theft of products. - Manages inventory such as in-bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies. - Ensures interior and exterior of the store are clean and maintained to company and brand standards. - Directs the team to follow standard operating procedures and store appearance standards. - Maintain good relationship/communication with mall. - Assist on staff training. - Submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales report. - Other tasks assigned by manager. Requirement: - A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification preferred. - Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar. - Excellent planning, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills - Experience of leading and motivating a team - High English proficiency (both speaking & writing) - Computer literacy MS Office or more - Be reliable, responsible in fulfilling obligations - Be honest and ethical - Work full-time / Flexible work schedule --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Salary:(450-550$+ commission sales) *Working time: [12:00pm-09pm] *Working hour: 8h/day,6days/week (AL:18days,SL:7days,SPL:7days, PH, NSSF, Pension..) *- Head Office: Canadia Tower, 3rd Floor,Ang Doung Street,(Corner of Monivong Blvd),Khan Daun Penh,Phnom Penh, Cambodia Apply Cvs:Telegram:010733xxxClick To Call or https://t.me/Dara_ventures
