We’re expanding and seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our growing technical team.
Job Description:
As a Structural Engineer at Capital Arts, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and feasibility of signage installations, including large-scale façade signs, pylons, and custom steel structures. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to turn creative concepts into safe, engineered realities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and calculations for signage structures (steel frames, pylons, façade signage, etc.)
Prepare and review structural drawings and shop drawings
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
Coordinate with design team to advise on material selection, fixing methods, and structure stability
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation
Work with project managers to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or similar structural software
Knowledge of local and international building codes and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
