• Demand Planning & Forecasting - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to develop accurate forecasts for finished goods and raw materials. - Monitor sales trends and adjust forecasts as needed. • Procurement & Vendor Management - Source and manage relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times while maintaining quality standards. • Inventory Management - Optimize inventory levels across warehouses and channels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. - Implement cycle counting and inventory control procedures. - Train warehouse staff on lean principles and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Production & Fulfillment Coordination - Oversee the production schedule with manufacturing partners to meet launch timelines and ongoing replenishment needs. - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment. • Logistics & Distribution - Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including customs clearance, shipping schedules, and freight optimization. - Drive improvements in on-time delivery and transportation cost management. • Data & Reporting - Develop KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance. - Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Hold regular S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings. - Share real-time demand, inventory, and sales data across departments. - Work closely with finance to assess working capital and holding cost implications
